Furthermore, Tamika is a DEI coaching instructor and a mentor coach for those seeking to earn their certification in DEI coaching with Coach Diversity Institute.
Tamika is also the Founder and CEO of Divine Destiny Publishing, under which she published her debut book, Out of the Wilderness: Weathering Life’s Storms from Trial Through Triumph. Furthermore, Tamika is an inspirational speaker who presented a Ted Talk on Macro/microaggressions and is a guest speaker at The University of Maryland.
